This workshop will focus on two popular manual brewing methods: 

Pour Over – Learn the fundamentals of manual brewing, including pouring techniques, extraction, and how to achieve a clean, balanced cup. 

French Press – Explore the immersion brewing method and discover how to create a rich, full-bodied coffee with enhanced texture and flavor. 

You'll also learn the importance of blooming techniques and how they play a key role in bringing out the best flavors and aromas in your coffee. 

No prior experience is required. This workshop is suitable for both beginners and coffee enthusiasts. You'll be guided through the fundamentals of brewing, tasting, and coffee appreciation in a simple and engaging way. 

Our experiences are one-time sessions lasting 2–3 hours, designed to introduce you to the basics of each topic. While we don’t offer formal courses or certifications, the goal is to spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and connect with like-minded individuals in a fun, engaging setting.
