1. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase for resolution.
2. Complaints & Quality Concerns
- All complaints must be addressed within 12 hours of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt) and product images if applicable.
- We will assess complaints on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit if deemed necessary.
- No Cash Refund will be provided.
3. Product Shelf Life & Storage
- Each product has a specific shelf life mentioned on the packaging or provided at the time of purchase.
- Refrigerated items must always be kept cold to maintain freshness and quality.
- Customers are responsible for following the recommended storage instructions.
4. Special Orders & Custom Cakes
- Custom orders require a minimum notice period and are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Any changes or cancellations must be requested at least 1 days in advance.
5. Food Safety
- We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage after purchase.
