Barter Arrangements and Paid Collaborations

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the barter arrangements and paid collaborations between influencers ("Influencer") and [Once More Bakery cafe] ("Brand"). By participating in a barter or paid collaboration, the Influencer agrees to the following terms:

Barter Arrangements

Open to Nano-influencers and Micro-influencers
Nano-influencers: 2000–10,000 followers [Barter Value ₹500-1500]
Micro-influencers: 10,000–50,000 followers [Barter Value ₹1500-3000]
No Barter for Influencers having followers Below 2000 followers.

Paid Collaborations

Available only for Mid-tier influencers and Macro-influencers.
Mid-tier influencers: 50,000–100,000 followers
Macro-influencers: 100,000–500,000 followers

Frequently Asked Questions

1.Eligibility ?

Local Influencers Currently we are inviting Local Influencers from Vasai-Virar Metropolitan area only.
Influencers must have an active and engaged following relevant to the food, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.

2.Barter Arrangements

The Brand may offer Influencers non-monetary compensation, such as:
- Free dining experiences
- VIP access to events
- Collaboration opportunities on content creation
In exchange, the Influencer agrees to create and share content on their social media platforms, as per the agreed deliverables (e.g., posts, stories, reels, etc.).
The Influencer must tag and mention the Brand in all promotional content.
Content must be posted within the agreed-upon timeline and should align with the Brand’s values and marketing objectives.
Nano-influencers [Barter Value ₹500-1500]
Micro-influencers: [Barter Value ₹1500-3000]

3. Paid Collaborations

Available for Mid-tier and Macro-influencers.
Compensation details, including fees, payment structure, and deliverables, will be outlined in a separate agreement.
The Influencer must disclose the partnership in compliance with applicable advertising and disclosure laws (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).
All content must be original, high-quality, and aligned with the Brand’s image.

4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

The Brand reserves the right to repurpose and use the Influencer’s content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Influencers grant the Brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content across digital and print platforms.
Any modifications to the content must be pre-approved by the Influencer.

5. Influencer Responsibilities

Ensure that all content is authentic, high-quality, and aligns with the Brand’s messaging.
Do not engage in any conduct that may harm the Brand’s reputation.
Comply with all social media platform policies and relevant advertising regulations.

6. Confidentiality

Any private discussions, trade secrets, or proprietary information shared by the Brand must remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties.

7.Content Guidelines

Content must align with the Cafe’s brand and aesthetic.
Influencer must tag and mention the Cafe’s official social media accounts.
Any required hashtags or brand messaging must be included.
Content must be authentic, high-quality, and engaging.
Influencer must comply with all advertising regulations (e.g., disclose paid partnerships using #ad or #sponsored where applicable).
